^Day 1 : Meet at 9:30 or 11:30 at the Langeac , Prad'eau estate, distribution of equipment, return by bus to Prades.

Nuit au camping de Langeac.

Day 2 Langeac to Lavoûte - Chilhac 17 km, class 2, approximately 3.5 hours of ^paddling

Nuit au camping de Lavoûte-Chilhac.

^Day 3 : Lavoûte - Chilhac to Brioude 24 km class 2 approximately 4h30 navigation.

Nuit au camping de Brioude.

^Day 4 : Brioude to Brassac Les Mines 23 km class 2-1 approximately 4h30 navigation.

Shuttle service from Brassac to Langeac campsite.
